Prior to design start, OMF generate a 3D process model(methodplan). This can be reviewed with customer prior to design start for any changes required to improve process to suit customer requiremnts.

Information supplied in 3D methodplan:

• Die axis for each operation
• Draw Die ringlines
• Trim Die segments and pierce holes identified in each operation
• Flange/Restrike ringlines and steels
• Cam axis
• Bottom marker and date stamp postions
• Hemm Angle investigation
