• OMF will present the designs to customer at agreed stages to ensure all customer requirements are included.
   
• All stages of the project will be signed off with customer prior to proceeding to the next stage.
   
• OMF guarantee next day reply to all enquiries.
   
• Customer checklists completed for each stage.
